The rooms were well-equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, offering a comfortable environment. I encountered unexpected charges upon check-in, which detracted from the overall impression of value. The dining options were decent, with a restaurant that served good food, but my dining experience was marred by the staff's refusal to assist me with cutlery for third-party orders. While Pallvi Palace might attract many due to its location and amenities, potential guests should weigh the luxury against the additional costs.
